PAYMENT AND GRATUITY

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.  There will be a 3% convenience fee on all credit card transactions.  Gratuities are cash only. The industry average is 15%—20% of the service price & is always a matter of choice.  

PRICING

Our pricing may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques, length, thickness and  texture of hair. We offer complimentary consultations if you would like to have a more exact idea on pricing for your service, or you can call the salon with any questions you may have ( 914 ) 944 0100

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for some reason you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon, they may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of the original purchase date.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our cut or color services, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
